You’ve been told you’ll be in the “business” for a year and you’ve been handed a blank paper and a pen.

You can tell it’s a job, you can tell the company won’t hire you, you could ask to be transferred, you’ve just been told that you can’t be transferred to another company.

It’s an exhausting process.

It can be a stressful experience and it can feel like you’re being sold a piece of paper to say you can do whatever you want.

But what if the company’s not as upfront as you’re led to believe?

How can you avoid becoming a victim?

Here’s how you can help.

1.

Know your rights When you’re approached for a job in the hospitality industry, you should always be aware of the laws you’re under.

You’re not the boss, and you’re not a “customer”.

You’re the hostess or server, and the job is to serve food, provide the service and ensure your guests are happy and comfortable.

Your job also includes ensuring the safe and healthy running of your business.

So if you’re unsure about your rights, make sure you speak to your human resources department and get advice.

They can help you understand what’s going on and what your rights are.

Know the law When you interview for a new job, there’s usually a “business and employee” exemption.

This means you can ask for the position and then transfer to another organisation, like a hotel or restaurant, as long as you do it within 24 hours of the interview.

This is called a “temporary transfer” and you can transfer from one job to another if you need to.

If you’ve never worked for a hospitality company before, you’re more likely to be asked to take a few tests and get a security clearance.

However, this is usually only done by people who already have a job with a large organisation.

You’ll need to pass a security check before you can be transferred.

The government also makes it a criminal offence to have an “unauthorised presence” in Australia’s hospitality industry.

This includes “engaging in an organised criminal activity”.

If you’re asked to transfer to a new organisation, there are a few important steps you need at the start.

If the company you’re applying to doesn’t offer the same kind of services as the one you’ve previously worked for, you’ll need a new application form.

The form will ask for your current position, the company and any information that could be used to help you with your application.

The application form will also ask for some personal details, such as a phone number and email address.

Read the terms and conditions and apply The same process applies if you’ve already applied to the previous organisation.

The company that asked you to transfer will also need to write a new “temporarily transfer” form.

They’ll then need to send you a new form to sign and send out to the new organisation.

They might even need to make an appointment to meet with you and your new employer to explain the job requirements and conditions.

The new application can be signed and stamped by the new company, and will be sent out to you.

You should then go to the company that you applied to and ask for a copy.

If there’s not one available, the person at the new employer might be able to refer you to another.

If that’s not possible, you might have to apply for a different job.

Read your job interview transcript Before you get a job offer, it’s important you know what’s expected of you.

The Human Resources department will check your transcript and make sure it contains all the information that the company has asked for.

It might also ask you to sign a statement about what you’re prepared to do if you don’t get the job.

This statement will be required if you do not meet the requirements.

It could also include a statement saying that the person you’re interviewing for the job won’t be able or willing to do the job for you.

It also might say that you’ll have to return to your previous company if you decide you’re no longer qualified for the role.

If it says “you’re not qualified”, it means you’re at risk of being fired or transferred.
