What HR skills are required for the job market?
More than 40% of Americans say they’ve used their human resources skills in the past year to advance their careers, according to a recent survey by the Human Resources Institute.
The skills and competencies that lead to these gains are critical to the development of HR programs, as well as to hiring and retaining the best talent.
The survey asked more than 6,500 HR professionals to rank their top three HR skills.

Communication skills: Communication skills can make a big difference in the success of a business or organization, as the HR industry knows all too well.
A survey by CareerBuilder found that 60% of managers say that communication is a top priority for their HR teams, and that 75% of HR professionals are confident that their communication skills will lead to their success in the workplace.
