Man dies after being struck by car in North-West
A man has died after being hit by a car in the North-Wales town of Llanelli.
A spokesperson for the coroner said the 46-year-old man was hit by the vehicle while crossing the road.
He died on Saturday.
The man was driving in the area at about 3.40pm when he was hit, Llanellys Chief Inspector Peter Wrens said.
He was taken to hospital and died on Sunday.
A spokesman for the North Wales Ambulance Service said it was called to Llanella to a collision involving a motor vehicle.
The incident happened at the intersection of Main Street and Old Street, in Llanelan, at about 1.20pm.
It is not clear how many people were involved in the collision.
North Wales Police have appealed for anyone who witnessed the collision to contact them.
