Why do people need to be able to tell if their friends have been banned?
Reddit /u/crmc has some really great points.
Here’s some of them:People with high-stress jobs need to know if they’re getting laid off.
They’re often the first to lose a job, which is a huge stressor for many people.
They have the ability to make a lot of decisions.
People with less control and more power need to have the information to make that choice.
People who are socially awkward, for example, need to keep in mind what they have to say and the consequences of saying it.
People need to make more informed decisions about who to trust and who to avoid.
There’s a lot to be learned from the history of the Internet, and the tools we have now are powerful.
People need to understand what information is available and what people don’t have.
I’ve seen so many people ask this question.
I have to admit, I have no clue.
And I do not have the answer.
It’s been a little over a year since I was banned.
I think the answer is simple.
People should not be afraid to ask questions.
People have the right to know.
This is a good thing.
The truth is, if you have a job or you’re in a position of power, you might not know everything.
And if you’re a stranger, you’re less likely to ask your boss to know about the job you’re applying for.
But I think we can do better.
I think it’s time to start asking questions.
I’m starting a new sub on r/all called the “Why do people have to be allowed to know when their friends are banned?” subreddit.
It’ll be a place where I can share my research on the topic and share some of my favorite posts that I’ve found on Reddit and Twitter.
Here are a few examples:It’s time for the Internet to stop shaming people.
I’ve heard so many stories from people who’ve been banned or had their work or social media accounts suspended because they had an issue.
Some of these are real people, some are not.
But they’re still stories.
And these are not isolated instances.
They’ve happened to everyone from college students to people in the military.
The Internet is a dangerous place, and it needs to be cleaned up.
But it’s also time to understand that people don, in fact, have to know that their friends were banned.
There are some ways to do that, and a lot more.
But we’re not there yet.
This isn’t a new problem.
This problem is being solved.
